It was reported last year that the couple may have been breaking child labor laws by filming their children without the proper paper work, but at the time the show had already ended production due to Jon Gosselin falling apart in the publics eye.

Filming can now begin for Kates new series of TV specials “Twist of Kate” and “Kate Plus 8” which will follow the reality star mom as she travels around the country trying to help mom overcome obstacles they may face bringing up their children. The children are also looking forward to being back on TV, reports have surfaced that many were confused and upset when filming abruptly ended last year.

With the permits now in hand, it is not a liscence for the couple to begin exploiting their children as it must be reviewed every six months and can be revoked if the situation changes or it is believed that the children are being exploited.
